Kids Fishing Derby - June 27, 2010

N.I.B.M. partners with the Rochelle Conservation Club each year to organize and run the Kids Fishing Derby. This event has drawn hundreds of young anglers for the past 23 years. It is held on a Sunday late in June at the Rochelle Conservation Club near Chana. 

Kids from age 1 to 15 are welcome to enter and each gets a gift just for showing up. Lunch is provided for everyone. Prizes are given away all day.

Random winners receive great gifts like a new bike or rod and reel or a tackle bag.

Top finishers in each age group win great prizes like a new bike or fishing equipment.
